On the night of Thursday, February 26, a fatal road accident occurred at a railway crossing in the village of Dubivtsi, Mamayivska hromada, Chernivtsi district. A Kia Sorento car collided with a diesel locomotive.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by the press service of the State Emergency Service in Chernivtsi region.<\/p>\n

The driver, born in 1978, died in the accident. <\/p>\n

Rescuers unblocked the man’s body from the mangled car using special tools and ensured fire safety at the scene. The body of the deceased was handed over to the medics.<\/p>\n

The circumstances of the accident are being determined by law enforcement.<\/p>\n
