On Thursday, February 26, a shooting occurred in Odessa involving servicemen from one of the district CCCs and SP. The incident occurred on Chornomorskoho Cossacks Street in the Peresypsky district of the city.<\/strong><\/p>\n

As reported<\/a> by the Odessa Regional CCC and SP, a domestic conflict arose between two military personnel of the alert group.<\/p>\n

During an emotional argument, one of them fired a blank round from a starting pistol into the air.<\/p>\n

“No service weapons were used, there were no casualties as a result of the incident,” the CCC emphasized.<\/p>\n

The recruitment center stated that the information about the alleged “shooting of people who were fleeing” is not true.<\/p>\n

“The information disseminated online is unreliable and manipulative and aimed at discrediting mobilization measures,” the department noted.<\/p>\n

The CCC added that the behavior of the servicemen was recognized as discrediting the military rank.<\/p>\n

“An investigation has been conducted into the incident, and the guilty parties have already been brought to strict disciplinary responsibility,” the institution reported.<\/p>\n
