According to him, Russia lures foreigners with promises of work, then involves them in fighting against Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1114\" data-end=\"1269\"> Kenya and South Africa previously said they had returned their citizens who had been tricked into signing contracts with the Russian military.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1482\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> According to a report by the non-profit research organization Inpact, of the 1,417 Africans fighting in the Russian army, 234 are Ghanaian citizens.
