During the vote on the resolution, US representatives proposed removing the reference to the territorial integrity of Ukraine as a key element of the settlement.<\/p>\n<p> According to Ogryzko, this indicates Washington&#8217;s attempts to speed up the process on terms favorable to the aggressor for the sake of domestic political goals before the Congressional elections.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, the former minister believes, society needs to tell the truth about the real state of affairs on the front and in diplomacy, instead of cherishing hopes for a quick end to hostilities, because true silence will come only when the aggressor loses the physical and financial ability to continue military actions against the Ukrainian people.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;We need to tell our society the truth that is. We should not think now that peace will come tomorrow or the day after tomorrow, or on July 4, as Trump wants. However, according to Western officials, there is no indication that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is ready to conclude an agreement that does not meet his basic demands.<\/p>\n<p> Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that new peace talks between Ukraine, the United States and Russia <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/perehovory-za-uchasti-ukrainy-ssha-ta-rf-mozhut-vidbutysia-za-10-dniv-zelenskyy\/\">could take place in the near future<\/a> . He made the corresponding statement during a meeting of the \u201cCoalition of the Willing\u201d in Kyiv.
