On the night of March 2, drones attacked the city of Novorossiysk in Krasnodar Krai, likely starting a fire at an oil terminal.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was reported by<\/span><\/a> the Russian Telegram channel ASTRA.<\/span><\/p>\n

As noted, many explosions were heard in Novorossiysk at night. According to local authorities, one person was injured.<\/span><\/p>\n

The Sheskharis marine oil terminal was also likely attacked by drones. It is used to receive, store, and ship oil and petroleum products to tankers.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThis is one of the largest and most strategically important oil terminals in Russia. It plays a key role in the operation of the Novorossiysk seaport and the entire export infrastructure of the south of the country,\u201d the report says.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to local media, a drone attack caused a fire at the terminal’s bulk dock. The fire has now been contained to an area of 120 square meters.<\/span><\/p>\n

25 people and 9 pieces of equipment were involved in extinguishing the fire.<\/span> <\/p>\n
