President Volodymyr Zelenskyy admitted that Ukraine and Middle Eastern countries could exchange weapons.<\/strong><\/p>\n

He said<\/span><\/a> this<\/span> at a briefing on March 3.<\/span><\/p>\n

In particular, Ukraine could offer interceptor drones to states suffering from Iranian attacks. In return, Kyiv expects to receive PAC-3 missiles from them, because it is impossible to simply transfer scarce weapons.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIf they give us PAC-3, then we will give them interceptors. This is an equal exchange […] The teams are working now, let’s see the result,\u201d Zelenskyy noted.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to him, if countries have a strategic partnership, they should help with both weapons and training.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThat is, these are absolutely clear relations. Just like we have various agreements with France, the United States of America, and Germany,\u201d the president explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

He added that the Ukrainian military would even help counter Iranian strikes by countering airstrikes.<\/span><\/p>\n

“If the leaders of the Middle East manage to agree with Putin, and they have good economic relations, on a ceasefire (ed.), then these guys who are protecting our skies today can go and protect or teach those societies how to protect themselves from the Iranians,” Zelensky emphasized.<\/span><\/p>\n
