On the night of March 7, Russian troops launched a massive airstrike on Ukraine, using missiles and drones.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/span><\/span> and regional military administrations reported this.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy<\/span><\/span> , Russian forces launched a total of 29 missiles and 480 drones at Ukraine. The main targets of the attack were energy and railway infrastructure.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In Zaporizhzhia,<\/span><\/span> a multi-story residential building was damaged by a strike. A three-month-old girl was injured. Ivan Fedorov,<\/span><\/span> head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration,<\/span><\/span> reported that the child’s condition is considered moderate and is under medical observation.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Russian forces struck a high-rise building in Kharkiv<\/span><\/span> with a ballistic missile, completely destroying one of the entrances. According to updated reports, seven people were killed, including a 13-year-old girl and a boy. Ten more were injured. A search and rescue operation is underway at the scene.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

A 48-year-old man was killed and a 69-year-old woman was injured by shelling in the Nikopol district<\/span><\/span> of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast<\/span><\/span> . A business, approximately two dozen residential buildings, and cars were damaged, according to OVA head Oleksandr Ganzha<\/span><\/span> .<\/p>\n

According to Kyiv<\/span><\/span> Mayor Vitali Klitschko<\/span><\/span> , drone and missile debris was recorded falling in three districts. In the Holosiivskyi district<\/span><\/span> , a non-residential building caught fire, but the fire was extinguished. In the Desnyanskyi district,<\/span><\/span> missile debris was found on a road, and in the Dniprovskyi district<\/span><\/span> , at three locations. There are no reports of casualties.<\/p>\n

Odessa<\/span><\/span> also suffered a massive attack. According to the Odessa Regional Military Administration<\/span><\/span> , a hit on an infrastructure facility was recorded in the city. There are no reports of injuries or damage to residential buildings yet.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In the Khmelnytskyi region<\/span><\/span> , according to OVA Chairman Serhiy Tyurin<\/span><\/span> , a railway station in the Shepetivka district<\/span><\/span> was damaged as a result of shelling. Power outages were also reported in the region.<\/p>\n
