The first circumstance is the elections. Interestingly, the arrest was carried out by anti-terrorist units, and not by bodies fighting financial crimes or corruption.<\/p>\n<p> Taran suggests that Russian political strategists may be involved in organizing such provocations, as the Kremlin seeks to retain its main ally in the European Union. In his opinion, such methods are part of an attempt to reverse the trend of the elections through large-scale manipulation.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, Taran commented on the public discussion regarding President Zelensky&#8217;s statements about the Hungarian Prime Minister. The expert emphasized that Kyiv should adopt the strategy of leading states, where officials who directly make decisions maintain diplomatic restraint. Instead, the right to harsh assessments and criticism remains with opposition politicians, the media, and representatives of the expert community, he added.<\/p>\n\t\t<aside class=\"shortcode-also\" data-title=\"Read also\" data-right>\n\t\t<a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/en\/psychological-duel-who-set-ukraine-up-against-orban\/\">Psychological duel: who set Ukraine up against Orban<\/a>\n\t<\/aside>\n\n<p> &#8220;Ukraine needs to adopt the flexible practice used by most countries and not allow harsh statements from those who make decisions,&#8221; emphasized Serhiy Taran, citing the example of the United States and even Russia, where there are figures who voice provocative theses, which allows the leaders of the countries to maintain room for maneuver.<\/p>\n<p> We will remind, recently the Hungarian authorities in Budapest <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/uhorska-vlada-zatrymala-simokh-pratsivnykiv-oshchadbanku-mzs\/\">detained seven Ukrainian citizens<\/a> \u2013 employees of Oschadbank \u2013 and seized the money they were transporting. At the same time, the Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orban <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/orban-vidviduvav-antyterorystychnyy-tsentr-naperedodni-zakhoplennia-ukrainskykh-inkasatoriv\/\">visited the anti-terrorist center<\/a> on the day of the seizure of the Ukrainian collection vehicles. Later that day, the security forces of this unit seized a car with currency and gold.<\/p>\n<p> Subsequently, seven Oschadbank collectors who had previously been detained in Hungary <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/zatrymanykh-inkasatoriv-oshchadbanku-deportuvaly-z-uhorshchyny-zmi\/\">were deported from the country<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/ukraina-povernula-simokh-inkasatoriv-oshchadbanku-z-uhorshchyny\/\">returned to Ukraine<\/a> . Meanwhile, the National Bank of Ukraine is working to <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/nbu-pratsiuie-nad-povernenniam-vantazhu-z-inkasatorskykh-avto-zatrymanykh-v-uhorshchyni\/\">return the cargo from the collector&#8217;s cars<\/a> that were detained by the Hungarian authorities. The regulator called the incident a provocation without legal grounds.<\/p>\n<p> In turn, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko said that the actions of the Hungarian side towards the collectors <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/nahaduie-moskvu-v-90-kh-svyrydenko-vidreahuvala-na-zatrymannia-ukrainskykh-inkasatoriv-v-uhorshchyni\/\">resemble situations that took place in Moscow in the 1990s<\/a> . She also called on international partners to react harshly to the incident.
