However, the current situation with constant postponements of hearings is evidence of the legal inability of the prosecution in the face of a professional defense.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This opinion <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=J88VqYLvU-w\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was expressed<\/a> on the air of &#8220;Pryamoy&#8221; by political scientist Volodymyr Tsybulko.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;The attack on the fifth president is an attempt to demonstratively intimidate the entire society, because the sanctions mechanism operates through a presidential decree without analysis of legal motives,&#8221; he emphasized.<\/p>\n<p> Tsybulko noted that the introduction of sanctions against a citizen who is inside the country contradicts the logic of the law. In the presence of real violations, the Criminal Code should be applied, not personal decisions. This creates a dangerous precedent, when instead of open competition, administrative resources are used and pressure is exerted on the judicial system, which demonstrates loyalty to Bankova, &#8211; Volodymyr Tsybulko summarized.<\/p>\n<p> As a reminder, on March 6, the panel of judges of the Cassation Chamber of the Supreme Court <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/zasidannia-verkhovnoho-sudu-za-pozovom-poroshenka-pro-skasuvannia-sanktsiy-znovu-pryznachyly-u-zali-de-nemaie-normalnykh-umov-dlia-uchasnykiv-protsesu\/\">continued the consideration of Petro Poroshenko&#8217;s lawsuit<\/a> against President Zelenskyy to cancel the illegal Decree on sanctions. However, the meeting was again held in a small room that cannot accommodate all participants, listeners of the process and the media, as well as representatives of diplomatic missions. Last time, diplomats and people&#8217;s deputies had to sit on the windowsill.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, during the 13 months of consideration in the Supreme Court, the authorities <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/petro-poroshenko-spodivaius-verkhovnyy-sud-vytrymaie-tysk-z-boku-vlady-i-ukhvalyt-zakonne-rishennia\/\">have not provided any grounds for imposing sanctions<\/a> .
