In Romania, a 31-year-old Ukrainian citizen illegally crossed the state border on a small plane. After landing, the man was detained and criminal proceedings were opened against him.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The incident occurred on the morning of March 8 in the settlement of Freteuci Veci, Suceava County. According to law enforcement, a Ukrainian citizen crossed the border aboard a small plane and landed on Romanian territory.<\/p>\n

After receiving the report, border guards and police crews arrived at the scene. Law enforcement officers located the aircraft and detained the man.<\/p>\n

The detainee was taken to the Border Police unit in the town of Vicova de Sus for further investigative actions.<\/p>\n

Law enforcement authorities have opened criminal proceedings under two articles: illegal crossing of the state border and operating an aircraft without the necessary certification documents. The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n

By the way, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation have completed a pre-trial investigation into a law enforcement officer from the Chernivtsi region, who is suspected of organizing the illegal transportation of military conscripts across the state border.<\/a><\/p>\n
