President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that the day before, Ukraine received PAC-3 missiles from Germany, necessary for Patriot air defense systems.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Zelensky confirmed that during the last meeting in the Ramstein format, the partners agreed that Ukraine would receive about 35 missiles for Patriot systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cIt wasn\u2019t from one country, let\u2019s be honest, it was from several countries,\u201d the president explained.<\/span><\/p>\n

He noted that this is one of the air defense packages that Ukraine negotiates with partners “from time to time.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“We would have liked more, it turned out the way it did. The German part of these missiles went in yesterday, thank you for that,” Zelenskyy concluded.<\/span><\/p>\n

Earlier,the president expressed concern about the continued supply of Patriot interceptor missiles<\/a> to Ukraine due to high missile consumption in the Middle East.<\/p>\n

Recall that Germany previously announced a shortage of air defense missiles<\/a> for further transfer to Ukraine and called on other European countries to be more actively involved in supplies.<\/p>\n

As reported, Yuriy Igrat, head of the communications department of the Air Force Command, said that Ukraine lacks missiles for air defense systems, so sometimes some complexes are empty.<\/a><\/p>\n
