The deputy<\/span> of the<\/span> Lviv<\/span> District<\/span> Council<\/span> reported<\/span> suspicions<\/span> due to<\/span> the<\/span> data<\/span> in<\/span> the declaration.<\/span> Investigators<\/span> believe<\/span> that<\/span> she<\/span> did not<\/span> indicate<\/span> part<\/span> of her<\/span> property in<\/span> the document<\/span> for<\/span> 2022<\/span> .<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This<\/span> was<\/span> reported<\/span> by<\/span> the Lviv<\/span> Regional<\/span> Prosecutor’s Office<\/span><\/a> and<\/span> the Department<\/span> of Strategic<\/span> Investigations<\/span> of the National Police.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

The suspect’s<\/span> name<\/span> has not<\/span> been officially<\/span> named.<\/span> However,<\/span> according to<\/span> UP<\/span> sources<\/span> in<\/span> law<\/span> enforcement<\/span> agencies,<\/span> it is<\/span> Natalia<\/span> Servatyak<\/span> , a deputy<\/span> from<\/span> the Servant<\/span> of the People party<\/span> .<\/span><\/p>\n

According to<\/span> the<\/span> investigation,<\/span> the<\/span> declaration<\/span> does not include<\/span> a non-residential<\/span> building<\/span> and<\/span> two<\/span> parking spaces.<\/span> The Hummer<\/span> H2<\/span> and<\/span> Mercedes-<\/span> Benz<\/span> GLS<\/span> cars<\/span> are also<\/span> not<\/span> listed<\/span> .<\/p>\n

Law enforcement officials<\/span> say<\/span> that<\/span> because of<\/span> this<\/span> , the data<\/span> in<\/span> the declaration<\/span> differs<\/span> from<\/span> the real one<\/span> by<\/span> approximately<\/span> 3.2<\/span> million<\/span> hryvnias.<\/span><\/p>\n

The deputies<\/span> are accused of<\/span> entering<\/span> knowingly<\/span> false<\/span> information<\/span> into<\/span> the declaration.<\/span><\/p>\n

As previously reported, on March 12, the Security Service is conducting investigative actions in one of the departments of the Lviv City Council.<\/a><\/p>\n
