A new feature on the Diya portal has been launched in Ukraine. It allows defense-industrial complex enterprises and companies critical to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine to reserve employees even if there are violations in military records.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by the Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture.<\/p>\n

This is a temporary booking of specialists for a period of up to 45 calendar days.<\/p>\n

“During this time, the employee can adjust their account data, and the company can continuously ensure the fulfillment of defense tasks,” the department explains.<\/p>\n

“It is important for the state that enterprises working for defense can quickly attract the necessary specialists to work. The launch of this service in the Ministry of Defense simplifies the booking procedure and ensures the stable operation of critically important production facilities,” said Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The service can be used by enterprises that are included in the Unified List of enterprises of the defense-industrial complex or have the status of being critically important for ensuring the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The application can be submitted by enterprise managers, signatories or authorized persons.<\/p>\n

You can submit an application online on the Diya portal. To do this, you must log in using a qualified electronic signature, select the “Employee Reservation” service, and when submitting the application, select the “Employees with military registration violations” category. After entering the employee data and signing the application, the status of its consideration will be displayed in the applicant’s personal account.<\/p>\n

It is expected that the launch of this capability will allow defense sector enterprises to more quickly recruit specialists and ensure the continuity of production processes important for the country’s defense capability.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, the Ministry of Defense has expanded the list of categories of citizens for whom deferral from mobilization is automatically extended<\/a> . Seven more categories have been added to the auto-extension mechanism, and about 90% of deferrals are now extended without applications, certificates, and visits to institutions.<\/p>\n
