Investigators noted similarities in facial features, hairstyle and build.<\/p>\n<p> After her arrest, the woman spent about 4 months in a Tennessee state prison without the ability to post bail, awaiting extradition.<\/p>\n<p> Only after the lawyer provided bank statements did the court determine that Lipps was more than 1,200 miles away from Fargo at the time of the crimes.
