The Cabinet of Ministers plans to allocate 11.2 billion hryvnias from the state budget reserve fund to launch relevant work.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/svyrydenkoy\/1785\" rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\">was announced<\/a> by Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.<\/p>\n<p> According to her, during the meeting, the participants heard information about the status of the implementation of resilience plans in two frontline regions \u2014 Chernihiv and Sumy regions.<\/p>\n<p> A priority funding need was also identified for the protection of critical infrastructure facilities in 9 regions and Kyiv region.<\/p>\n<p> A total of <strong>210 critical infrastructure facilities<\/strong> have been identified, on which construction work is due to begin in the coming days.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;For these tasks, we are preparing to allocate 11.2 billion hryvnias from the state budget reserve fund at the next Government meeting. This will allow us to launch the processes of building new defense as soon as possible,&#8221; said Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Svyrydenko.<\/p>\n<p> In addition, during the meeting, the parties coordinated priorities for cooperation with international partners to attract additional funding to implement resilience plans and strengthen the protection of energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n<p> Svyrydenko reported that the government is also completing work on deregulation solutions and additional business support mechanisms.<\/p>\n<p> According to her, an affordable lending program for businesses is being prepared to ensure energy independence. It provides for a fixed rate of 7% per annum for the entire term of the loan agreement.<\/p>\n<p> Also, within the framework of the &#8220;5-7-9%&#8221; program for frontline regions, it is planned to extend the lending terms until the end of 2027.<\/p>\n<p> Separately, during the meeting, steps were discussed to implement the Kyiv Sustainability Plan, which was submitted by the city authorities.<\/p>\n<p> Earlier, Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko and Energy Minister Denys Shmyhal stated that the total need for Ukraine&#8217;s recovery and reconstruction is $588 billion.
