No other details regarding the reasons for the delays are currently being reported.<\/p>\n<p> As reported, since 6:00 PM on March 17, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/rosiia-zapustyla-po-ukraini-147-droniv-skilky-zbyla-ppo\/\">the Russians have been attacking Ukrainian cities with drones<\/a> .
