During today’s shelling of Lviv, two Hospitallers found themselves in the epicenter of the hits and saved the lives of the victims, acting without waiting for an ambulance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the founder and commander of the Hospitallers medical battalion, Yana Zinkevich.<\/p>\n

“Today, during the shelling of Lviv, two Hospitallers found themselves at the epicenter of the attacks. Each of them did the impossible to save people,” she noted.<\/p>\n

According to Zinkevich, a fighter with the call sign (Bison), who had been in Russian captivity, provided assistance to two victims.<\/p>\n

“He applied a tourniquet to a woman and stopped massive bleeding on a man. The situation was critical: without waiting for an ambulance, he personally loaded the wounded into the ambulance and took them to the hospital,” the commander reported.<\/p>\n

Another Hospitaller (February) immediately went to the center of the destruction after the explosion.<\/p>\n

“He stabilized a woman with a severe, penetrating chest wound. He evacuated two wounded people in his own car, and later, together with the police, he evacuated another victim from the Sykhy area,” she added.<\/p>\n

Zinkevich also expressed gratitude to her fellow officers: “I’m proud of my fellow officers. Thank you for your responsiveness, professionalism, and humanity!”<\/p>\n
