On the night of Thursday, March 26, a massive drone attack was recorded in the Leningrad region of the Russian Federation. A series of powerful explosions thundered there.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by Russian media.<\/p>\n

An industrial zone in the city of Kirishi, home to one of Russia’s largest oil refineries, has been hit. Local authorities have confirmed the attack on the area around the plant.<\/p>\n

This is the Kirish Refinery, which produces fuel and petrochemical products and is key for the region.<\/p>\n

Explosions were also reported in Vyborg – according to preliminary data, air defenses were operating there.<\/p>\n

Photos and videos are being posted on social media showing flares and a reddish sky \u2014 likely the effects of a drone attack. <\/p>\n
