Iran allowed \u201cfriendly\u201d countries that were not involved in the war in the Middle East to pass through the Strait of Hormuz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cThere is no reason to allow our enemy to pass through the Strait of Hormuz,\u201d Aragchi added.<\/span><\/p>\n

Separately, the minister stated that the conflict in the Middle East is \u201cnot an Iranian war, and not a US war.\u201d According to him, the United States was most likely pushed into the attacks by Israel.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe US puts Israel’s security first, and its bases in the region are designed to protect Tel Aviv. Washington is ready to sacrifice everything for the sake of Israel’s security,\u201d the head of the department concluded.<\/span><\/p>\n
