Ukrainian military struck the Promsintez plant in the city of Chapayevsk<\/span><\/span> , which specializes in the production of explosive components.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported this.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The attack was carried out by units of the Ukrainian Ground Forces’ missile and artillery forces using FP-5 Flamingo missiles. According to their reports, the missiles hit the facility’s production area.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The affected facility produces components for ammunition, bombs, and missiles, and its annual production exceeds 30,000 tons of military explosives. The extent of the damage is being determined.<\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Samara Region Governor Vyacheslav Fedorishchev<\/span><\/span> previously stated that the attack on the region was “ineffective.” Despite this, videos have surfaced online showing a missile in the sky over Chapayevsk.<\/p>\n

Later, Fire Point co-owner Denis Stillerman released footage of what appeared to be the missile launch, briefly captioning it with the name of the city where the strike occurred.<\/p>\n

Previously, units of the Navy and Special Operations Forces carried out a successful operation in the territory of temporarily occupied Crimea<\/a> , attacking a number of enemy targets.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, on March 7 and 8 , Ukrainian forces launched strikes against Russian military targets<\/a> , including those in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.<\/p>\n
