Units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces in the area of responsibility of the “East” group of forces continue to restrain the offensive of Russian troops in several directions. The main efforts of the enemy are concentrated in the areas of Hryshyn and Rodyn, but the Ukrainian military does not allow it to advance.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Since the beginning of the day, the Ukrainian military has repelled more than 37 enemy assaults, inflicting losses on them. The situation remains most tense in the Pokrovsko-Mirnograd agglomeration area, where an intensification of offensive actions is being recorded.<\/p>\n

In this direction, Russian troops are conducting assault operations simultaneously in several areas, using light equipment, ATVs, and infantry groups. The main pressure is being exerted in the area of Hryshynye and in the direction of Rodynske.<\/p>\n

In Hryshyn itself, gunfire continues, particularly in the central part of the settlement. Ukrainian units are holding back the enemy and blocking their advance from the east, while the enemy is trying to bypass the settlement from the west.<\/p>\n

In the Myrnograd-Rodynske direction, units of the Defense Forces are also destroying and stopping the enemy, preventing it from gaining a foothold in new positions.<\/p>\n

On the northern outskirts of Pokrovsk, Ukrainian military personnel are holding designated lines and blocking enemy attempts to advance.<\/p>\n

In total, in the Pokrovsk direction, the enemy tried 19 times to dislodge Ukrainian units from their occupied positions, in particular in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnograd, Hryshyne, Udachne, Toretske, Novooleksandrivka, Pokrovsk, Novomykolaivka, Bilyakivka, Molodetske, Filiya and Novopavlivka, as well as in the direction of Hannivka. Currently, 4 clashes are ongoing.<\/p>\n

Units of the “East” group of troops are conducting aerial reconnaissance, mining the enemy’s likely advance routes, as well as blocking its logistics and inflicting fire damage.<\/p>\n

The effectiveness of counter-battery combat is separately noted.<\/p>\n

“Over the past 2 days, our artillerymen have destroyed and damaged 4 enemy guns in the Pokrovska and Myrnograd areas,” the “East” group of troops noted.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that Russian troops at the front are regrouping and preparing for offensives<\/a> when green spaces appear.<\/p>\n

As a reminder, Syrsky reported that last week the Russian army increased the intensity of offensive actions at the front<\/a> , in particular, from March 17 to 20, the enemy tried to break through the defensive formations of the Defense Forces of Ukraine in several strategic directions.<\/p>\n
