Ukraine and Bulgaria are preparing to launch a passenger train through Romania. The first flight is planned to be conducted in test mode this summer.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The idea was discussed during a meeting with the Minister of Transport and Communications of Bulgaria, Korman Ismailov.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The agency notes that the launch of the route will be a joint project of the three countries. It is a test flight that will allow assessing demand and technical capabilities for regular service.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Deputy Prime Minister for the Reconstruction of Ukraine Oleksiy Kuleba emphasized that the new route is important not only for the convenience of passengers, but also for Ukraine’s integration into the European transport space.<\/p>\n

According to him, there is already demand for a railway connection with Bulgaria, so the parties are working on implementing the project.<\/p>\n

In addition, during the meeting, the development of transport routes, the Danube cluster, and automobile infrastructure were discussed.<\/p>\n
