Their effective and prompt adoption will allow Ukraine to attract up to 4 billion euros in financing,\u201d the official noted.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In particular, it concerns<\/span><\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law on the Execution and Digitalization of Court Decisions;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Electricity Market Integration Package;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Business Deregulation Act;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law on District Heating;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law on Railway Safety and Interoperability;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law on permitting procedures for renewable energy;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law on the Independence of the National Energy and Public Utilities Commission;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law on Civil Service;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law on Special Obligations for the Provision of Public Services;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law on the Restoration of Control over State Aid;<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Law on declarations of integrity of judges.<\/span><\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As noted, the relevant proposals are part of Ukraine&#8217;s overdue obligations in 2025. Some draft laws need to be passed as soon as possible, as this will prevent unanimity among European officials in the event of allocating funds to Ukraine. Thus, Hungary will not be able to block assistance.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, according to Kos, in this way Ukraine can confirm its desire to become part of the bloc and remain in the group of leaders among the candidates.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">&#8220;The upcoming plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada in April provides an opportunity to move forward.
