According to investigators, his actions cost the state over 4.6 million hryvnias.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/dbr.gov.ua\/news\/narahuvav-4-6-mln-bojovih-tim-hto-ne-voyuvav.-na-donechchini-suditimut-oficera\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">is reported by<\/a> the State Bureau of Investigation.<\/p>\n<p> Investigators found that the officer relieved 4 subordinates from performing combat missions in the Donetsk region. At the same time, the servicemen were in the rear and did not participate in combat operations.<\/p>\n<p> Despite this, based on the commander&#8217;s reports, they were paid cash benefits and additional payments for alleged participation in battles throughout the year.<\/p>\n<p> The State Bureau of Investigation noted that as a result of such actions, the state suffered losses in the amount of over 4.6 million hryvnias.<\/p>\n<p> The officer is charged under the following articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Part 2 of Article 364 \u2014 abuse of official position, which resulted in grave consequences;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Part 1 of Article 366 \u2014 forgery of documents.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> The indictment has already been sent to court. The articles of impeachment provide for a penalty of up to 6 years in prison.<\/p>\n<p> To compensate for the damages, investigators seized the defendant&#8217;s property. The case is being handled by the Specialized Defense Prosecutor&#8217;s Office of the Eastern Region.<\/p>\n<p> By the way, <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/nazbyrav-na-elitne-zhytlo-na-bali-ofitsera-viyskovoi-chastyny-vykryly-u-rozkradanni-koshtiv-na-kharchakh-dlia-zsu\/\">employees of the State Bureau of Investigation reported new suspicions to the head of the food service of one of the military units<\/a> as part of the investigation into the corruption scheme of supplying food to the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Dnipropetrovsk region. This concerns illegal enrichment and legalization of property obtained by criminal means.<\/p>\n<p> Recall that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/zoloti-kartoplia-ta-iaytsia-nabu-vykrylo-koruptsiynu-skhemu-iz-zakupivliamy-kharchiv-dlia-zsu-na-733-milyony-hryven\/\">NABU and SAPO uncovered a large-scale scheme of embezzlement of state funds during the procurement of food products for the Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/a> during the full-scale Russian invasion.
