It was reported that &#8220;the court composition is incomplete.&#8221; It is unknown when it will be postponed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> At this stage of the process, when all procedural loopholes have been exhausted and the absence of any grounds for &#8220;sanctions&#8221; is obvious, such behavior may indicate pressure &#8220;from above.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p> They mention the name of the deputy head of the Public Prosecutor&#8217;s Office, Iryna Mudra. Poroshenko&#8217;s appeal regarding the illegality of sanctions was taken to the ECHR for consideration. If there is a decision there, everyone involved in the illegal &#8220;sanctions&#8221; and the delay in their cancellation will be held accountable.
