Some people were held for up to 50 days, including a veteran with a combat veteran&#8217;s certificate who was not released.<\/p>\n<p> Also, according to the Ombudsman, documents and mobile phones were confiscated from detainees without proper registration, which limited their right to defense.<\/p>\n<p> The conditions of stay, according to Lubinets, did not meet the proper standards. There were only 3 mugs and 8 metal plates for 40-60 people, which forced people to use the dishes in turns without proper processing.
