Separate teams will be formed to work at the arrival points.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1540\"> The order applies to citizens aged 18 to 65 whose health permits. The unemployed, internally displaced persons, veterans and other unemployed residents will be involved in the work. If necessary, the authorities may also involve employees of enterprises, if this does not harm their main work.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1542\" data-end=\"1719\"> The organization of the work will be provided by public utilities and charitable organizations. They will determine the number of people, gathering places, schedules, and those responsible for coordination.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1721\" data-end=\"1957\"> Financing includes funds from customers, charitable contributions, and resources from the Social Insurance Fund in case of unemployment. Participants are promised payment: for the unemployed &#8211; not lower than the minimum wage, for the employed &#8211; not lower than the average salary.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1959\" data-end=\"2235\"> Lawyers remind that labor conscription is provided for by the law on martial law, and similar decisions have been adopted by most regions since 2022.
