The Departments of Economy and Transport received these instructions.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"531\" data-end=\"846\"> The mayor noted that the current fare to <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Kyiv<\/span><\/span> remains the lowest in Ukraine and has not changed since 2018. At the same time, significant increases in costs\u2014for fuel, electricity, materials, and logistics\u2014are forcing the city to review tariffs and bring them closer to an economically justified level.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"848\" data-end=\"1011\"> Klitschko emphasized that public transportation in the capital is subsidized. Specifically, approximately 12 billion hryvnias have been allocated from the city budget for its support in 2026.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1013\" data-end=\"1212\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"> He also noted that the state has not fully reimbursed the costs of transporting passengers entitled to discounts for many years.
