Therefore, Ukrainian tables during the holiday look especially rich.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Preparations begin a few days before the holiday. The most important thing is to bake Easter cakes, which are sweet symbols of Easter. Traditionally, this is done on Maundy Thursday or Holy Saturday.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Another important element of the holiday table are painted or decorated eggs, called krashanki and pysanka. They are usually dipped in onion broth, hibiscus tea, or turmeric for decoration, and sometimes decorated with herbs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After fasting, the table is diversified with food that could not be eaten before.
