Iranian Parliament Speaker Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf has threatened the United States with a hike in gasoline prices after US President Donald Trump’s statements to block the Strait of Hormuz.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Among other things, Ghalibaf confirmed that the negotiation process between Iran and the United States is at an impasse. According to him, this is due to Tehran’s lack of trust in Washington due to “the experience of two previous wars.”<\/span><\/p>\n

He added that the Iranian side offered the Americans “constructive proposals”, however, no agreement could be reached.<\/span><\/p>\n
