This applies to cases where the housing cannot be used or poses a danger to residents.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"985\" data-end=\"1211\"> The document stipulates that a fee for managing a building is not charged if it is damaged and uninhabitable. Owners of destroyed housing are exempted from certain utility payments until the facility is restored.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1213\" data-end=\"1390\"> If the housing is completely destroyed and cannot be restored, the accrual of payments is suspended. The accrual of real estate tax is also suspended until a corresponding decision is made.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1392\" data-end=\"1554\"> The fact of damage and the terms of restoration will be determined on the basis of special inspection reports.
