The US and Iran are discussing a new round of talks to cement a ceasefire and avoid further escalation. The meeting could take place as soon as possible, before the end of a two-week pause in hostilities.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Among the possible locations being considered is Pakistan, where previous contacts have already taken place. Other options are also being discussed, but no final decision has been made yet.<\/p>\n
