Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Poland Marcin Bosacki criticized the decision of the Lviv authorities to terminate the contract with the Polish company Control Process SA, which was engaged in the construction of a waste processing plant in Lviv.<\/strong><\/p>\n

According to Bosacki, this step is perceived as unfriendly in Warsaw.<\/p>\n

“This is an extremely unfriendly step by the Lviv authorities. We are intervening at a very high level in contacts with the Ukrainian authorities, waiting for a change in the decision,” he said.<\/p>\n

He also emphasized that the project was almost complete.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe company lost the contract when the construction was 90% complete,\u201d said the Deputy Head of the Polish Foreign Ministry.<\/p>\n

Bosatsky added that he expects the Lviv city authorities to reconsider the decision and supported the Polish company’s position. According to him, the situation could negatively affect the perception of Ukraine in Poland and bilateral relations.<\/p>\n

We will remind you that the Polish company “Control Process SA”, which had a contract for the construction of a waste processing plant in Lviv, after terminating the agreement at the initiative of the city authorities, went to international arbitration.<\/a><\/p>\n
