US Army Secretary Dan Driscoll stated during a congressional hearing that the United States is adopting Ukraine’s experience in waging war. According to him, the Ukrainian approach, particularly in the field of innovation, is already being implemented in the American army.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Driscoll spoke on April 16 at a meeting of the US House of Representatives Appropriations Committee, where he testified for the first time since the personnel changes in the army leadership.<\/p>\n

During the hearings, he also raised the issue of support for Ukraine and emphasized the role of cooperation between the countries since the beginning of the war.<\/p>\n

“We stood side by side from the very first day of the war,” Driscoll said.<\/p>\n

The minister noted that he visited Kyiv and held meetings with representatives of the Ukrainian leadership, after which the United States began to more actively adopt the experience gained.<\/p>\n

“They fundamentally changed the way people conduct conflict. They did an absolutely amazing job of innovation, and I’ve said publicly that we’re learning a lot from them and implementing a lot of the lessons they’ve given us,” Driscoll said.<\/p>\n

By the way, international partners are actively studying Ukrainian experience in operating port infrastructure in wartime<\/a> . According to Dmytro Barinov, head of the Association of Ukrainian Ports, such experience did not exist before.<\/p>\n
