On the night of April 20, drones struck the city of Tuapse in Russia\u2019s Krasnodar Territory, targeting a seaport and an oil refinery. The attack sparked a large-scale fire, leaving one person dead and another injured, marking the second such strike on the area within a week.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is reported by Russian media.<\/p>\n

According to eyewitnesses, a series of explosions was heard in the Tuapse, Gelendzhik, and Anapa areas on the night of the attack. After that, a large-scale fire broke out in the Tuapse seaport.<\/p>\n

The Governor of the Krasnodar Territory, Veniamin Kondratyev, confirmed the attack and reported on the consequences.<\/p>\n

“One person was killed, and another was injured as a result of the attack,” Kondratyev said.<\/p>\n

According to preliminary data, gas pipes and windows in several buildings were also damaged.<\/p>\n

At the same time, analysts from the Astra Telegram channel recorded more than 10 fire centers at the Tuapse Oil Refinery’s tank farm.<\/p>\n

It is noted that this is the second attack on the enterprise in the past week. Earlier, on the night of April 16, the oil refinery was also hit<\/a>, after which the fire lasted for several days.<\/p>\n

As of now, there are no official comments from the Ukrainian side regarding this attack.<\/p>\n

Recall that the Defense Forces of Ukraine launched a missile strike on Taganrog, Rostov Oblast, Russia<\/a>. The defense industry complex “Atlant Aero,” which produces “Molniya” drones and components for “Orion” drones, was hit.<\/p>\n

By the way, on the night of April 18, units of the Ukrainian Defense Forces struck four important oil refining facilities<\/a> of the Russian Federation.<\/p>\n
