The Appeals Chamber of the High Anti-Corruption Court left the preventive measure imposed on former Energy Minister Herman Galushchenko unchanged.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the Appeals Chamber of the Supreme Court of Ukraine.<\/p>\n

The court confirmed the decision of the investigating judge of April 15, 2026, to keep him in custody with the alternative of posting bail in the amount of UAH 200 million.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The court noted that as of now, bail has not been posted, so the suspect remains in custody.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The panel of judges rejected the defense’s appeals and dismissed them.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The decision entered into force immediately after its proclamation and is not subject to cassation appeal.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

According to the investigation, the former minister is suspected of committing a number of particularly serious crimes, including participation in a criminal organization and money laundering.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

As previously reported, the Supreme Anti-Corruption Court of Ukraine extended the preventive measure against the former Minister of Energy.<\/a><\/p>\n

Recall that former Minister of Energy and Justice Herman Galushchenko was officially declared a suspect in the \u201cMidas\u201d case. He was detained while trying to leave the territory of Ukraine<\/a> , the investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
