On the night of Friday, April 24, the Russian occupation army attacked Odessa with drone strikes. The shelling killed two people and injured at least 14 others of varying severity.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> by rescuers of the State Emergency Service and the head of the Emergency Medical Service, Serhiy Lysak. <\/p>\n

It is noted that residential areas of the city were hit. Fires broke out in several areas, and significant destruction of civilian infrastructure was recorded. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

“The enemy has again struck at the residential areas of our city,” Lysak reported. <\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

According to the State Emergency Service, one of the drones hit a three-story building, burning apartments there, injuring six people. Two more two-story buildings were destroyed, one person was rescued from the rubble, about 20 residents were evacuated, including children. Seven more people were injured in these buildings. <\/p>\n

A separate blow fell on another apartment building, killing two people and injuring another. 16 residents were evacuated from the building. <\/p>\n

More than 140 rescuers are working on the ground. Psychologists are helping the victims – more than 50 people, including children, have already received support. <\/p>\n

The elimination of the consequences of the attack is ongoing. <\/p>\n
