Since the start of April 26, Russian troops have launched 53 attacks on Ukrainian Defense Forces positions. The Pokrovskoe sector remains the most active, with the enemy attempting to breach the defenses 19 times.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine<\/span><\/span> reported this as of 16:00.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In the North Slobozhansky and Kursk directions, the enemy attacked Ukrainian troops’ positions once and carried out 25 shelling attacks, including with the use of multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In the South Slobozhansky direction, the occupiers twice attempted to storm positions in the directions of Staritsa and Zemlyanki.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In the Kupyansk direction, three attacks were recorded in the areas of Petrovpavlovka, Glushkovka and Kucherovka.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In the Liman direction, five assaults took place in the direction of Dibrova and Liman, one battle continues.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

No active military action has been recorded in the Slavyansk and Kramatorsk directions.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In the Kostyantynivka sector, Ukrainian forces repelled six attacks near Kostyantynivka, Oleksandro-Shultinoye, Pleshcheyevka, Sofiyivka, and in the direction of Kucherov Yar. Two battles are still ongoing.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The enemy’s greatest activity is in the Pokrovsk sector, with 19 offensive attempts in the areas of Nikanorovka, Rodinske, Mirnohrad, Novooleksandrivka, Grishinoye, Kotlinoye, Udachnoye, and Novopidgorodnoye. One battle continues.<\/p>\n

In the Aleksandrovsky direction, the enemy attempted to advance three times, but one battle continues.<\/p>\n

In the Hulyai-Polye sector, Ukrainian forces repelled 11 attacks, with two more clashes ongoing. The enemy also carried out airstrikes on several populated areas.<\/p>\n

In the Orekhovo direction, one attempted assault was recorded, as well as airstrikes on several populated areas.<\/p>\n

In the Dnieper direction, Ukrainian defenders stopped two enemy attempts to advance.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In other areas, there have been no significant changes in the situation.<\/p>\n
