According to available information, 5 children are among the injured.<\/p>\n<p> Cauca Department Governor Octavio Guzman said the explosive device was detonated during an attack on civilians.<\/p>\n<p> Colombian Defense Minister Pedro Sanchez arrived at the scene to coordinate rescue efforts. Authorities are also initiating the convening of a national security council in connection with the incident.<\/p>\n<p> The Colombian armed forces blamed the attack on a militant network known as &#8220;Ivan Mordisco&#8221; and the &#8220;Jaime Martinez&#8221; group.<\/p>\n<p> It is noted that these groups are linked to former rebels of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia and are not adhering to the peace agreement signed in 2016.<\/p>\n<p> Colombian President Gustavo Petro condemned the attack on civilians.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;Terrorists, fascists and drug traffickers,&#8221; said Gustavo Petro.<\/p>\n<p> According to journalists, this incident was part of a series of attacks on public infrastructure.
