Over the past 24 hours, 189 combat clashes have taken place on the front. Russian troops actively used aviation, drones, and artillery, launched dozens of airstrikes and thousands of shellings on positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and settlements.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on April 28.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 84 air strikes, dropped 234 guided bombs. In addition, it used 8,409 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,019 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 42 from multiple rocket launchers.<\/p>\n

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular in the areas of the settlements of Zelene, Rivne, Charivne, Dolynka, Hulyaipilske, Lyubitske, Novooleksandrivka, Vozdvizhivska, Malokaterinivka, and Orikhiv in Zaporizhia region.<\/p>\n

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery have struck four drone control points, five concentration areas, and one other important facility of the occupiers.<\/p>\n

In the North Slobozhansk and Kursk directions last day, the Defense Forces repelled one enemy attack; the occupiers carried out 86 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including five using multiple launch rocket systems, and carried out six air strikes using 15 guided bombs.<\/p>\n

In the South Slobozhansky direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units eight times near the settlement of Starytsia and in the direction of Grafske, Okhrimivka, Malaya Vovcha, Chervonaya Zora, and Bochkovye.<\/p>\n

In the Kupyansk direction, the aggressor attacked four times in the areas of the settlements of Novoplatonivka and Kupyansk.<\/p>\n

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attempts by the invaders to advance near the settlements of Drobysheve and Dibrova.<\/p>\n

In the Slavyansk direction, during the past 24 hours, our defenders stopped six attempts by the occupiers to advance, in the Yampol area and towards the settlement of Rai-Oleksandrivka.<\/p>\n

In the Kramatorsk and Orikhiv directions, the occupiers did not conduct active offensive operations in the past day.
In the Kostyantynivka direction, the enemy carried out 21 attacks near Kostyantynivka, Illinivka, Oleksandro-Shultynye, Ivano-Pol’, and Pleshchiivka.<\/p>\n

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 48 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Novopavlivka, Sofiivka, Vilne, Novooleksandrivka, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Hryshyne, Udachne, Muravka, and Novopidhorodne.<\/p>\n

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked six times in the areas of Oleksandrovgrad, Stepovoye, Zlagoda, and Krasnohirske.<\/p>\n

In the Hulyaipil direction, there were 29 attacks by the invaders in the areas of Zaliznychne, Hulyaipil, Dobropil, Svyatopetrivka, Varvarivka, Staroukrainka, Olenokostyantynivka, Zeleny, and towards Girky and Charivny.<\/p>\n

In the Dnieper direction, Ukrainian units stopped three enemy attacks towards Antonivka and Kruhlyk Island.
No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.<\/p>\n
