These funds are provided as part of a 90 billion euro loan program.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was stated by European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen during a speech at the European Parliament in Strasbourg, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ukrinform.ua\/rubric-economy\/4117776-fon-der-laen-pidtverdila-persij-trans-ukraini-u-6-milardiv-na-zakupivlu-droniv.html\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">Ukrinform<\/a> reports.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;In the spring, we said that we would provide a loan of 90 billion in one way or another.
