In Lviv, on the evening of April 28, an arson attempt occurred at the Islamic Religious and Cultural Center.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported<\/a> to the police.<\/p>\n

At around 8:40 p.m., a call was received on line 102 about a fire in a building.<\/p>\n

As previously established by law enforcement officers, an unknown man threw two bottles of incendiary mixture into the room and fled.<\/p>\n

“Liquid from one bottle caught fire, but one of the attendants extinguished the flames,” police said. <\/p>\n

Investigators are working at the scene. Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident, searching for witnesses, and trying to identify the attacker. <\/p>\n

\u201cPriority investigative actions are being carried out\u2026 measures are being taken to identify the perpetrator,\u201d law enforcement officials noted.<\/p>\n

A criminal case has been opened into the incident.<\/p>\n

The pre-trial investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
