In the Carpathian region, a court sentenced a CCC employee who, after being mobilized, hit a man and broke his rib.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The incident occurred on April 23 near the Synevyr store in the village of Nazavyziv. A CCC employee as part of the alert group stopped a man on a bicycle who violated the rules of military registration, after which he was taken to the territorial recruitment center.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

An argument broke out between a man and military personnel in the CCC. During the conflict, a center employee hit the detainee in the chest, trying to intimidate him.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

After the impact, the victim suffered a closed chest injury, a rib fracture, subpleural hematomas, and a pneumothorax. As a result, the man had to undergo surgery.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

In court, the CCC employee admitted his guilt, repented, and stated that it would never happen again. He also compensated for the damage and entered into a reconciliation agreement with the victim.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

The court found him guilty of intentionally causing moderate bodily harm. He was sentenced to one year of service restriction with a deduction of 10% of his salary to the state.<\/p>\n

As previously reported, in the Transcarpathian region,<\/span><\/span> a court for the first time found an employee of a territorial procurement center guilty of obstructing the activities of an ombudsman representative during an inspection.<\/a><\/p>\n

As a reminder, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation have completed an investigation into a CCC official and a serviceman involved in the death of a man during the transportation of mobilized personnel.<\/a> <\/p>\n
