Over the past 24 hours, 138 combat clashes have occurred on the front. Russia has launched dozens of airstrikes, actively used drones and artillery, but the Defense Forces continue to deter attacks and inflict losses on the enemy in various directions.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was reported by<\/a> the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine as of 8:00 a.m. on May 1.<\/p>\n

Yesterday, the enemy carried out 76 air strikes, dropped 255 guided bombs. In addition, it used 9,499 kamikaze drones and carried out 3,304 attacks on settlements and positions of our troops, including 49 from multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

The aggressor carried out airstrikes, in particular in the areas of the settlements of Holubivka and Rudnya in Sumy region; and Tavriyske and Komyshuvakha in Zaporizhia region.<\/p>\n

Over the past day, the Defense Forces’ aviation, missile troops, and artillery have struck three drone control points, one artillery system at a firing position, 11 areas of personnel concentration, and one other important occupier facility.<\/p>\n

In the North-Slobozhansk and Kursk directions last day, the Defense Forces repelled three enemy attacks; the occupiers carried out 80 attacks on the positions of our troops and settlements, including 11 using multiple launch rocket systems.<\/p>\n

In the South Slobozhansk direction, the enemy stormed the positions of our units seven times in the areas of the settlements of Lyman, Starytsia, Vovchansk, and Okhrimivka.
In the Kupyansk direction, the aggressor attacked five times in the direction of Kurylivka, Kindrashivka, and Novoplatonivka.<\/p>\n

In the Lyman direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled six attempts by the invaders to advance towards the settlements of Stavky, Drobysheve, Lyman, and Dibrova.<\/p>\n

In the Slavyansk direction, during the past 24 hours, our defenders stopped three attempts by the occupiers to advance, in the areas of the settlements of Zakitne, Riznykivka, and Yampil.<\/p>\n

The enemy did not conduct any active operations in the Kramatorsk direction.<\/p>\n

In the Kostyantynivka direction, the aggressor carried out 16 attacks near Kostyantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Oleksandro-Shultyny, Stepanivka, Sofiivka, Illinivka, and Ivano-Frankivka.<\/p>\n

In the Pokrovsk direction, our defenders stopped 26 assault actions of the aggressor in the areas of the settlements of Bilytske, Rodynske, Pokrovsk, Myrnograd, Muravka, Kotlyne, Novooleksandrivka, Hryshyne, Udachne, and Molodetske.<\/p>\n

In the Oleksandrivka direction, the enemy attacked twice in the direction of Verbovye and Zlagoda.<\/p>\n

In the Hulyaipil direction, there were 19 attacks by the invaders in the areas of Dobropillya, Staroukrainka, Varvarivka, Zaliznychny, Zeleny, Tsvitkiv, Olenokostyantynivka, Hulyaipilsky and Charivny.<\/p>\n

In the Orikhiv direction, the enemy launched two attacks in the direction of Pavlivka and Shcherbaky.<\/p>\n

In the Dnieper direction, the Defense Forces successfully repelled five enemy assaults in the area of the Antonivskyi Bridge and Belogrudy Island.<\/p>\n

No signs of the formation of enemy offensive groups were detected in the Volyn and Polissya directions.<\/p>\n
