In Ukraine, the opportunity to order funds for housing for internally displaced persons from temporarily occupied territories under the “eRecovery” program has been launched.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This was announced<\/a> by Prime Minister Yulia Svyridenko.<\/p>\n

The program is open to people with the status of a combatant or with a disability as a result of war, who were forced to leave their homes due to the war.<\/p>\n

\u201cAt this stage, 3,300 such families will be able to receive a housing voucher worth UAH 2 million,\u201d Svyrydenko noted.<\/p>\n

You can apply through the Diya app. After that, the program operator \u2014 Ukrposhta \u2014 checks whether funding is available. If funds are available, the person receives confirmation within five days.<\/p>\n

A housing voucher can be used to purchase an apartment or house, invest in construction, or repay a mortgage.<\/p>\n

At the same time, the program is available only to those whose applications have already been approved by special committees.<\/p>\n

\u201cA person has 60 days to enter into a home purchase agreement. If the funds are not used, they will be returned and given to the next applicants in line,\u201d she explained.<\/p>\n
