According to the investigation, the officials organized the purchase of a children&#8217;s camp in Kirovohrad region at a significantly inflated price.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This was reported by the NABU <a href=\"https:\/\/nabu.gov.ua\/news\/zavolodinnia-mayizhe-20-mln-grn-na-zhytli-dlia-pereselentciv-vykryly-zlochynnu-grupu\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">press service<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> It is noted that in 2022, the head of the Lysychansk city military administration approved the &#8220;Temporary Housing&#8221; program, which provided for housing for displaced persons from the Luhansk region. 35 million hryvnias were allocated from the budget for the implementation of the program.<\/p>\n<p> The suspects in the case include the former head of the Lysychansk City Military Administration, an entrepreneur, and a lawyer.<\/p>\n<p> The investigation established that in order to seize the funds, the participants in the scheme bought out the corporate rights to a limited liability company that owned a children&#8217;s camp in the Kirovohrad region.<\/p>\n<p> Later, according to the investigation, the official organized the purchase of this property by the Lysychansk City Military Administration at an inflated price. He also facilitated the decision to purchase the property as one that supposedly best met the requirements for the residence of the displaced.<\/p>\n<p> According to the conclusions of the examination, the difference between the real value of the object and the funds actually paid was 19.3 million hryvnias. The suspects have now been detained.
