The sanctions include asset freezes, a ban on trade transactions, and other restrictions for a period of 10 years.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.president.gov.ua\/news\/prezident-uviv-u-diyu-novij-paket-sankcij-proti-pyati-osib-y-104205\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">was reported<\/a> by the Office of the President of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> According to the decision of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the following were subject to sanctions:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Andriy Bohdan \u2014 former head of the Office of the President of Ukraine;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Bohdan Pukish is a businessman who is called an associate and partner of Viktor Medvedchuk;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Alan Kiryukhin is a Russian businessman and manager of the A7A5 payment system;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Stanislav Pozdnyakov \u2014 Olympic sports official of the Russian Federation;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Mikhail Mamiashvili is a Russian Olympic sports official.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> The message notes that the actions of sanctioned individuals, according to the NSDC, pose a threat to the national interests, security, sovereignty, and territorial integrity of Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p> The sanctions are imposed for a period of 10 years. They provide for:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> blocking of assets;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> prohibition of trading operations;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> suspension of licenses and other permits;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> prohibition of participation in the privatization and lease of state property;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> deprivation of state awards of Ukraine indefinitely.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> It is worth adding that Andriy Bohdan is a lawyer by profession and previously worked as a lawyer for Ihor Kolomoisky.
