The Verkhovna Rada has announced the need to review the system of reservations for military conscripts and verify current deferrals. The parliament also proposes creating a separate control body to track reservations and deferrals.<\/strong><\/p>\n

People’s Deputy from the Servant of the People party Yuriy Zdebsky said that the issue of reservations in Ukraine is complex and requires changes in approaches to its implementation.<\/p>\n

“Of course, we need to review the reservation. There is a lot of speculation on this topic right now, but there are also questions about deferrals. We have students who become students at 50 and 40,” said Yuriy Zdebsky.<\/p>\n

According to him, the problem lies not only in the booking system itself, but also in the presence of unjustified or fictitious bookings. At the same time, he emphasized that some employees do indeed perform important work at critical enterprises.<\/p>\n

“This is a rather difficult conversation. But we need to think and change approaches, create clear rules. Track bookings and postponements, and for this we need to create an appropriate control body,” said Yuriy Zdebsky.<\/p>\n

The People’s Deputy also noted that reservations should be provided to employees of critical infrastructure, the agricultural sector, and agricultural enterprises, as this is necessary for the functioning of the country in wartime.<\/p>\n

“We need to improve reservations, mobilization, deferrals, etc. The army needs people,” Yuriy Zdebsky summed up.<\/p>\n

The day before, the head of the Anti-Corruption Council under the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Yuriy Gudymenko, stated the need for inspections in sports halls with the participation of representatives of the CCC<\/a> . According to him, Ukraine is working to \u201crestore order\u201d with military conscripts who have reservations.<\/p>\n

Earlier, the Verkhovna Rada registered a bill that is supposed to change the rules of work for employees of territorial recruitment centers (TCC)<\/a> . This concerns the mandatory identification of servicemen during mobilization events.<\/p>\n
