campaign was moved online, and fireworks were canceled in many cities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1394\">The Russian authorities explain such decisions as security measures, but analysts link them to the war against Ukraine and the risks of attacks deep in the rear.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1396\" data-end=\"1525\">In addition, the decrease in the number of equipment in parades may indicate its shortage at the front and the depletion of the Russian army&#8217;s resources.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1527\" data-end=\"1614\">Many regions are also warning of possible internet outages during the celebrations.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1732\">Experts note that this year&#8217;s events look much more modest and are actually losing their traditional scale.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1616\" data-end=\"1732\">It should be noted that <a href=\"https:\/\/prm.ua\/ukraina-ne-planuie-dotrymuvatysia-peremyr-ia-rf-do-9-travnia-zmi\/\">Ukraine sees no reason to adhere to the &#8220;truce&#8221;
