The most expensive apartments are sold in Kyiv and the western regions, while the cheapest housing remains in frontline cities.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p> This is reported by <a href=\"https:\/\/24tv.ua\/realestate24\/kupivlya-kvartiri-ukrayini-travni-2026-yaki-tsini-de-naydorozhche_n3064789\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;24 Channel&#8221;<\/a> with reference to data from <a href=\"https:\/\/lun.ua\/stat\/sale\/ukraine\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">&#8220;LUN&#8221;<\/a> and research <a href=\"https:\/\/dom.ria.com\/uk\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">by DIM.RIA<\/a> .<\/p>\n<p> According to analysts, on the secondary market, the most expensive one-room apartments are sold in Lviv for $72,800, in Kyiv for $72,000, and in Uzhhorod for $69,000.<\/p>\n<p> The cheapest <strong>one-room apartments<\/strong> were recorded in:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Zaporizhia &#8211; 15.5 thousand dollars;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Nikolaev \u2014 20 thousand dollars;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Kharkiv \u2014 23.5 thousand dollars.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> The largest increase in the price of one-room housing over the year was recorded in Ternopil &#8211; by 32%. At the same time, prices in Kropyvnytskyi and Mykolaiv remained unchanged, and in Zaporizhia housing became cheaper by 9%.<\/p>\n<p> Two-room apartments are sold the most expensively in Kyiv \u2014 for $115,000, in Lviv \u2014 for $102,000, and in Uzhhorod \u2014 for $100,000.<\/p>\n<p> The cheapest <strong>two-room apartments<\/strong> are sold in:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Zaporizhia \u2014 22.3 thousand dollars;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Nikolaev \u2014 32.6 thousand dollars;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Sumy \u2014 37 thousand dollars.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> In this segment, the largest price increase was also recorded in Ternopil \u2014 by 29%. In Dnipro and Rivne, prices remained unchanged, and in Zaporizhia they decreased by 3%.<\/p>\n<p> Three-room apartments are sold the most expensively in Kyiv \u2014 for $165,000, in Lviv \u2014 for $130,000, and in Uzhhorod \u2014 for $119,000.<\/p>\n<p> The cheapest <strong>three-room<\/strong> apartments are sold in:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Zaporizhia \u2014 31.5 thousand dollars;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Nikolaev \u2014 43 thousand dollars;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Sumy \u2014 48.5 thousand dollars.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> Over the year, the largest increase in the price of three-room apartments was recorded in Sumy &#8211; by 35%. In Lutsk, prices did not change, and in Zaporizhia they fell by 10%.<\/p>\n<p> In the primary market, the most expensive square meter in new buildings was recorded in Lviv &#8211; 65.3 thousand hryvnias, in Kyiv &#8211; 57.3 thousand hryvnias, in Odessa &#8211; 51.3 thousand hryvnias, and in Uzhhorod &#8211; 50.4 thousand hryvnias.<\/p>\n<p> <strong>The cheapest square meter in new buildings<\/strong> is sold in:<\/p>\n<ul><\/p>\n<li> Zaporizhia \u2014 24.1 thousand hryvnias;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Sumy &#8211; 26 thousand hryvnias;<\/li>\n<p><\/p>\n<li> Kharkiv &#8211; 29 thousand hryvnias.<\/li>\n<p><\/ul>\n<p> The largest increase in prices on the primary market was recorded in Khmelnytskyi region &#8211; by 23%. In Zaporizhia, prices for new buildings decreased by 5%.<\/p>\n<p> &#8220;The cost of apartments is affected by the rise in the price of building materials, logistics, and the shortage of qualified workers,&#8221; said real estate market analyst Viktoria Bereshchak.<\/p>\n<p> At the same time, according to a study by DIM.RIA, <strong>51.1% of Ukrainians plan to purchase real estate in 2026.<\/strong> Most often, buyers are focused on housing costing from $30,000 to $60,000, and another part is looking for apartments cheaper than $30,000.<\/p>\n<p> The study also indicates that when deciding to purchase a home, Ukrainians take into account their income level, financial situation, real estate value, and the security situation in the country.<\/p>\n<p> Also follow <strong>\u201cPryamim\u201d<\/strong> on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Facebook<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/prm_ua\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">X<\/a> , <a href=\"https:\/\/t.me\/+rtV4dxYu2_cyNjVi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener nofollow\">Telegram<\/a> , and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/pryamiy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">Instagram.<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>In Ukraine, housing prices have increased in the primary and secondary markets in almost all regions over the past year.
